Our designs are inspired by the unique blend of humor and the dynamic, multifaceted world of marketing. Sara, the CEO & Founder of Centric Squared, envisioned creating products that resonate with marketers while searching for the perfect gift for her team. Frustrated with the lack of relatable and humorous marketing-themed gifts, Sara decided to create her own.

With a talented marketing team that loves to laugh, we developed unique, fun, and quality designs specifically for marketers, by marketers. Our team, known for scrutinizing every pixel and emoji choice, ensures that each design brings joy and laughter to your day. If our team wouldn’t buy it, you won’t see it on our site. Every product is made for belly laughs and to nail your next gift.

Do you have bulk discounts?

Absolutely, we love rewarding our customers for choosing us.

  • Minimum Order: To snag a bulk discount, you’ll need to order at least 25 items.
  • Automatic Discounts: The discount is automatically applied at checkout to product prices. It can’t be combined with other discounts, except for launch prices and coupon codes.
  • Discount Rates: The more you order, the bigger the discount. Check the Bulk Price Calculator on the respective product page for specific discount details.

We even offer discounts on shipping rates! Use our shipping rate calculator to see if your bulk order qualifies for reduced shipping costs to your location.

Shipping

How fast will my product ship?

When you're calculating how much time it will take to receive your orders, there are two elements you need to consider: Hashtag to Swag fulfillment time and shipping speed.

FULFILLMENT TIMES:

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days.

SHIPPING SPEED:

The shipping time depends on your location. The Tracking Info button should appear next to your shipment information and if the level of service selected for shipping included tracking your updates should go live within 24 hours.

Where do you ship to?

At Hashtag to Swag, we love spreading joy worldwide, but currently, we only ship to locations in the United States. Stay tuned as we hope to offer our products in other countries in the future. 

We do our best to keep this list up to date, but it can change depending on world events. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed of any changes that might affect your order.

Can I attach a gift note?

Yes, you can definitely include a personalized gift note with your order! Just use the 'Order Special Instructions' box on the cart page to write your note.

What if I need to cancel the order?

We get it—sometimes things change, and you need to hit the brakes on an order. Here's what you need to know:

Yes, you can cancel an order that has already been submitted, as long as it hasn't reached the "Being Fulfilled" status. Simply click the "Change Order" button from your order view, and you can edit the products and shipping options from there.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

- Changing Products: If you alter a product within an order (e.g., changing a variant, design file, or mockup) that has the "Waiting for Fulfillment" status or set its status to "On Hold," it will reset the order deadline. This could result in a longer fulfillment time.

- Shipping Changes: Adjusting a shipping address or rate won't reset the order deadline, so feel free to make those tweaks without worrying about delays.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

Oh no, did something arrive in less-than-perfect condition? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

If you receive a damaged item, just snap a photo of the damaged goods and send it to our support team at hello@hashtagtoswag.com. We’ll gladly send you a replacement at no cost to you—because you deserve nothing less than the best.

We’re here to make sure your experience is as smooth as possible. So, send us that photo, and we’ll get a new item headed your way.
